Tourist tax

From January 2022 we charge a tourist tax from 14 years of age of € 2.30 per day and person.

Final cleaning

Our prices for the apartment and rooms with kitchenette do not include the final cleaning costs of € 35 to € 60.

Rental conditions

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

1. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
   1. Up to 40 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s) at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by the guest or the customer by means of a unilateral written declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.
      (This period of time before the agreed date of arrival depends on how many days the accommodation provider does not suffer any damage and can therefore afford not to charge a cancellation fee).
   2. If the guest or the customer cancels between 40 days before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest or the customer is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
      (The stated percentages can also be agreed in a different amount!)
      1. Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date at the latest: 40% of the agreed total price
      2. Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 60% of the agreed total price
      3. Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
   3. Cancellation must be made by means of a unilateral written declaration and must be received by the accommodation provider within the above-mentioned periods at the latest.
   4. If the booked rooms are not taken over for the agreed period of time without cancellation, the guest or the customer is obliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
   5. The agreed price is the price for accommodation, meals and any other services.
   6. If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage shall only apply to the agreed price for the unoccupied or canceled beds.
2. Regulation in the event of early departure of the guest
   1. In the event of early departure of the guest(s), the guest(s) or the customer shall be obliged to pay the price for the days enjoyed and 70% of the agreed total price for the remaining but unused services.
3. Group Travel
   1. Group travelers are persons traveling together who are regarded as a unit by the customer and the accommodation provider.
   2. A group is defined as a group of travelers with a minimum number of 6 participants.
   3. The Customer shall inform the Proprietor of the number of guests in writing no later than 40 days before the agreed date of arrival of the guests.
   4. If individual members of a travel group or the entire travel group are canceled less than 40 days before the agreed date of arrival of the guests, the cancellation conditions set out in point 1.2 shall apply.
